FAQ

Why am I not seeing a wallet update immediately?

Some updates depend on upstream activity indexing and your current polling interval based on plan tier. Refresh once to force an immediate check.

How do I know if Telegram alerts are active?

In Alerts, toggle Telegram on, save your chat ID, and send a test alert. If test works, live trade alerts should follow your configured settings.

Can aliases change how tracking works?

No. Alias is only a label for your own identification. Wallet identity, tracking, and alert matching still use wallet address.
